A variety of on-line resources are available to registered users, including program updates, a users newsgroup, FAQs, and technical knowledgebase articles.  You can also report a problem or make suggestions for new features and enhancements.

• You may be asked to provide your license number at the time of service.
• Please limit after-hours calls to those emergencies that cannot be postponed until the next business day.
• Toll-free telephone number usage not included in service plans.
• Does not include reconciliations, data entry, or related accounting services (see Reconciliation Project Assistance for more information.

Off-service telephone support is limited to business hours only and requires a credit card number for payment.  This support is charged at $1.99/minute.  Fax and website response is subject to charge upon review.
