There is no charge for the Reception for paying seminar attendees, but you do need a ticket to attend.  $35.00 fee for any additional guests.

Upon receipt of this RSVP form, you will be contacted by a Horizon representative to confirm your reservation.  Confirmations must be guaranteed by a credit card.  Payment may be made by check or credit card.

In anticipation of your attendance, various expenses are being incurred in your behalf.  Among others, these include guaranteed payments for materials, equipment, hotel and support personnel.  Accordingly, reservations cancelled prior to August 25th may receive a 50% refund of admission price.  Failure to cancel after this date, failure to cancel at all, and no-shows are non-refundable.
