TotalFBO® Support web.
The purpose of this web is to enhance the support services we
provide to our customers. We've provided a number of resources here to help you resolve
problems, report bugs, and suggest improvements to our software and service.

CustomerCare™ Plans
TotalFBO® is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects. Packages come with 90 days of FREE installation support, which includes unlimited telephone service, website access, discounts on classes and onsite training, access to Horizon's emergency service line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and all program updates during that period (does not include add-on options). Contact Sales for information on extending your CustomerCare™ Plan to an annual basis. For service after the initial 90-day period, you will be offered a choice of three service plans.
- You may be asked to provide your license number at the time of service.
- Please limit after-hours calls to those emergencies that cannot be postponed until the next business day.
- Toll-free telephone number usage not included in service plans.
- Does not include reconciliations, data
entry, or related accounting services (see
Reconciliation Project Assistance for more information.
Off-Service Support
Off-service telephone support is limited to business hours only and requires a credit card number for payment. This support is charged at $1.99/minute. Fax and website response is subject to charge upon review.
- Emergency service is not available.
- Business Hours: M-F 9-5 CT, except Thursdays 9-12 and 4-5.
If your CustomerCare™ Plan has expired, contact Sales to request reinstatement.
Additional Services
