You may extend your CustomerCare™ Plan to an annual basis by choosing one of three CustomerCare™ service plans.
When requesting service:
- You may be asked to provide your license number at the time of service.
- Please limit after-hours calls to those emergencies that cannot be postponed until the next business day.
- Toll-free telephone number usage not included in service plans.
- Does not include reconciliations, data entry, or related accounting services
(see Reconciliation Projects for more information).
Off-service telephone support requires a credit card number for payment.
This support is charged at $2.25/minute, minimum $20 per call. Fax, email, and website response is subject to charge upon review.
- After hours/Emergency service will incur an additional $25 fee.
