The time has come once again to make your plans to attend our annual TotalFBO® Users
Conference. Everyone enjoyed the ambiance of the San Antonio Riverwalk and Kansas City’s
Power and Light District, but the meet and greet with our tech support staff is a perk that
you can only get right here in Oklahoma.
Agenda Highlights
- Version 6.20 Enhancements... Almost out of beta, the next version is full of new
features, including many in inventory and shop orders, as well as concierge and invoicing.
- Credit Card Processing Update... The ConocoPhillips gateway is about ready, and there's
a lot to learn about how to implement this in your environment. There's also a new Payments
Import function that will make reconciling your cash easier.
- Custom Reporting Workshop... How to use SQL Reporting Services or the Clarion Report Writer
to generate your own reports. We've enhanced the database to make custom reporting easier and
faster and will show you how these tools might benefit you.
- Charter Flight Profit and Loss Report... Get a look at this new feature and give us your
feedback about implementing job costing in other areas of the program.
- Checkbook Workshop... Electronic banking continues to grow and we'll take a look at recent
enhancements to the Direct Deposit functionality. We'll also review ACH Payments, Positive Pay,
and get your feedback on where to go next.
- Guest Speakers... Invitations are out for others to share the podium, and we'll
give you their names a bit later. In the meantime, we'd also like to invite YOU to share
about your business and services. As the TotalFBO® user community grows, there's increasing value
in working together for growth and profit.
- ??... The agenda isn't finally locked down because we're receiving so much feedback about
what users would like to see. NOW is the time to tell us what would make the trip worth it to you!
